Directions for use
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving with 10-14 fl. oz. of water (depending on taste preference) and shake well. On training days, take 1 serving during training and 1 serving after training. On non-training days, take 2 servings throughout the day. For optimal results, take 2 servings per day.
