How to take (Dosage regimen)Standard dose: 1 capsule per day.Method of administration: Swallow the capsule whole with a sufficient amount of water. It is recommended to take it in the first half of the day (in the morning or at lunch), as taking it at night may cause CNS excitation and insomnia
