Method of administration For adults and children over 12 years old, 1 capsule 1-4 times a day with food. Duration of intake is 30 days. If necessary, upon the recommendation of a specialist, the intake can be repeated. Starting Myo-Inofol is possible from any day of the menstrual cycle.
