Dosage: Usually a portion of pure inositol is about 700 – 750 mg (depends on the individual measuring spoon in the jar). For sleep and the nervous system: Take 30 – 60 minutes before bedtime. For hormonal balance and metabolism: Take with food (for large daily doses, it is better to divide the dosage into 2–3 doses per day).
