Recommendations for use for adults. We recommend starting with one teaspoon of Natural calcium powder, gradually increasing to three teaspoons per day. Pour the required amount of powder into a cup or mug, add 60–90 ml (2–3 oz) of warm water and wait for the powder to dissolve. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved, then add warm or cold water to the cup.
