How to take correctly
Regimen: usually adults and adolescents over 12–14 years old are prescribed 1–2 tablets per day (the exact dosage is determined by a doctor or the instructions of a specific manufacturer).
Relation to food: take strictly during or immediately after a meal. Calcium and vitamin D3 are fat-soluble components and are absorbed only with food.
Course of administration: the standard duration is 1 month, if necessary, the course is repeated after a break.
