Method of administration and dosage Classic capsules №50: Adults and adolescents over 12 years old are usually prescribed 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals. The course of administration is from 4 to 6 weeks. Tablets (Gold series for women): Take 1 tablet per day with meals. Course — 1 month. Calcium is best absorbed when taken in the second half of the day or during dinner
