Recommendations for use
Dosage: Adults are recommended to take 2 tablespoons (30 ml) daily. The serving can be divided into two doses of 15 ml.
Time of intake: It is better to take in the first half of the day (morning or afternoon) with food. The liquid can be drunk pure or diluted with water/juice.
