How to take
Tablets are usually taken with meals, by chewing or sucking.
For adults, the standard dosage is 1-2 tablets 1-2 times a day (depending on the specific manufacturer and concentration).
For prevention, it is recommended to take Vitamin D₃ in the first half of the day to avoid possible sleep disturbance.
