Method of administration: For adults to increase general energy 5 ml (500mg) 2-3 times a day For physical fatigue, sports: 5-10 ml (500-1000mg) 2-3 times a day For cardiovascular diseases: 2.5-5 ml (250-500mg) 2-3 times a day For fatigue and decreased performance: 3-5 ml (300-500mg) 2-3 times a day For children (individual dosage is determined by a doctor) Up to 1 year: 50-100 mg per body weight 1-3 years: 0.5-1 ml (50-100mg) 2-3 times a day 4-6 years: 1-2 ml (100-200mg) 2-3 times a day 7-12 years: 2-3 ml (200-300mg) 2-3 times a day 13-17 years: 3-5 ml (300-500mg) 2-3 times a day
