Purpose:
Short-term intravenous access through small peripheral veins for the administration of solutions and drugs, including in children.
Contraindications:
Venous thrombosis, inflammation or skin damage in the puncture zone. Use only by trained personnel.
Method of administration:
Puncture the vein at an angle of 15–25°. Fix the wings with a plaster. Maximum time — 72 hours. Single use.
