Indication: Bladder drainage for acute and chronic urinary retention, in the postoperative period, for neurogenic bladder dysfunction, for diuresis measurement.
Contraindications: Urethral injury; acute urethritis and prostatitis; urethral strictures (relative); hypersensitivity to silicone.
Method of administration: Inserted by medical personnel under aseptic conditions. The balloon is inflated with distilled water (10 ml) to fix the catheter. The catheter is connected to a drainage bag. Single use.
