Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement, take one tablet daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Ingredients dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, acacia gum, maltodextrin. May contain crustaceans (lobsters, crabs, and shrimp). Warnings For adults only. Consult a physician before using this or any other product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken. Store in a cool, dry place.
