Method of administration and dosage Take 1 tablet daily without interrupting treatment. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a small amount of water. Start taking from the first day of the menstrual cycle (if menstruation is still preserved) or on any day if menstruation is absent. After taking the last tablet from the pack, start a new pack the next day. Side effects Most common side effects include: breast tenderness, headache, nausea, mood changes, vaginal bleeding. Less commonly observed: migraine, changes in libido, gastrointestinal disorders, skin reactions, edema, weight changes. Contraindications Pregnancy, breastfeeding period, vaginal bleeding of unknown origin, diagnosed or suspected breast cancer, diagnosed or suspected estrogen-dependent tumors, thromboembolic diseases currently or in history, severe liver diseases, endometrial hyperplasia, hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Special instructions Before starting HRT, it is necessary to undergo a general medical and gynecological examination. During treatment, it is recommended to regularly undergo examinations, including mammography. The preparation should be used with caution in the presence of risk factors for the development of thromboembolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, diabetes mellitus, migraine.
