Method of administration and dosage Take 1 tablet daily without interrupting treatment. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a small amount of water. Treatment should begin on the first day of the menstrual cycle (if menstruation is still preserved) or on any day if menstruation is absent. After taking the last tablet from the pack, a new pack should be started the next day. Side effects Most common side effects include: breast tenderness, headache, nausea, mood changes, vaginal bleeding. Less commonly observed: migraine, changes in libido, gastrointestinal disturbances, skin reactions, edema, changes in body weight. Contraindications Pregnancy, breastfeeding period, vaginal bleeding of unknown origin, diagnosed or suspected breast cancer, diagnosed or suspected estrogen-dependent tumors, current or past thromboembolic diseases, severe liver diseases, endometrial hyperplasia, hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Special instructions Before starting HRT, a general medical and gynecological examination is necessary. During treatment, it is recommended to undergo regular examinations, including mammography. The preparation should be used with caution in the presence of risk factors for thromboembolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, diabetes mellitus, migraine.
