Recommendations for use
Mix 1 packet per day with 6-8 ounces of room temperature water or juice and mix well (for best results, mix in a blender bottle). Drink on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. It is best to take as directed by a qualified doctor.
