For adults, 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals as a biologically active food supplement – an additional source of selenium, a source of flavolignans. Consuming 6 tablets satisfies: the daily requirement of the human body for flavolignans by at least 180% (at least 54 mg), which does not exceed the upper permissible level of consumption (80 mg); for selenium by at least 100% (at least 70 mcg), which does not exceed the recommended level of daily consumption (0.07 mg). Duration of intake: 1 month.
