Methods of use
for adults 5 g of powder (2 measuring spoons), previously dissolved in 200-250 ml of water, 1 time a day 15-30 minutes before physical activity. Sediment is possible in the prepared product, shake before use. Duration of intake and repeat courses are determined individually. Not a medicinal product.
