Recommendations for use
As a dietary supplement, take as directed by a physician or in the following form:
Loading phase: Days 1 to 5. Mix 1 scoop with 180–240 ml (6–10 oz) of water and take 4 times a day.
Maintenance phase: Day 6 onwards: Mix 1 scoop with 180–240 ml (6–10 oz) of water and take once a day.
For maximum results, drink 8–10 glasses of water a day.
