Method of administration and dosage Usually 1 capsule once a day or according to the manufacturer/doctor's recommendation; some regimens use 1 capsule 1-2 times a day after meals. Side effects Possible: GI disorders (nausea, diarrhea), headache, insomnia, skin reactions (rarely). Contraindications Hypersensitivity to components; caution when taking anticoagulants (especially warfarin). Special instructions Patients on warfarin / other anticoagulants - coordinate intake with a doctor (possible decrease in anticoagulant effect).
