Method of administration and dosage
Internally: 1-2 tablespoons per day as a food supplement. Externally: apply to skin or hair with massaging movements. For hair, it can be used as a mask for 30-60 minutes before washing.
Side effects
Digestive disorders are possible when taken internally in large quantities. In rare cases, allergic reactions may occur when applied externally.
Contraindications
