Kurkumin instructions for use
Method of administration and dosage
Children from 5 to 14 years old – 1 capsule every other day, taken with water.
Adults and children over 14 years old – 1 capsule daily before meals.
In case of chronic diseases or during the recovery period, the dosage can be increased to 2 capsules per day (according to a doctor's recommendation).
Course of administration – at least 2 months, if necessary, it can be repeated after 2–4 weeks.
