Recommendations for use Adults take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day with food or as directed by a qualified medical professional. Ingredients Capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable origin) and silicon dioxide. Does not contain wheat, gluten, soy, dairy products, eggs, fish/mollusks, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame. Warnings Consult a doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 years old, taking medication, have a history of gallstones, bile duct obstruction or have any medical condition.
