Recommendations for use Take 1 capsule twice a day with food or as prescribed by a doctor. Ingredients Cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), silicon dioxide, magnesium silicate and magnesium stearate (vegetable origin).
