Application and dosage For respiratory organs: Used for rhinitis, laryngitis and bronchitis. The oil is dripped into the nose or inhaled 1–3 times a day. For the gastrointestinal tract: Used for gastritis and ulcers. Usually taken orally 1 teaspoon 2–3 times a day, washed down with fermented milk products.
