Recommendations for use
Adults take 1 tablet 1-2 times a day (preferably on an empty stomach or after a workout) or in accordance with the recommendations of a qualified medical professional.
Ingredients
Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable origin), magnesium stearate (vegetable origin).
L-Glutamine from Jarrow Formulas® is produced by microbiological fermentation.
Does not contain wheat, gluten, soy, dairy products, eggs, fish/shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Before starting use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, under the age of 18, when taking medications, or if you have any medical conditions (especially epilepsy, seizures, mania, or severe liver disease), you should consult a medical professional.
