L-Glutamine (NOW L-Glutamine) instructions for use
Indications:
Support for muscle recovery after physical exertion, increased intestinal permeability syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, immune system support.
Contraindications:
Individual intolerance to glutamine, liver cirrhosis, severe renal failure, epilepsy (with caution).
Method of administration:
1 capsule 2–3 times daily between meals or after training. If necessary, the dose can be increased according to the specialist's recommendation.
Storage conditions:
