Recommendations for use
Take 1 tablet 1-3 times daily on an empty stomach (last dose before bedtime) or as directed by a physician.
Ingredients
Croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable origin), magnesium stearate (vegetable origin), vegetarian coating, and silicon dioxide.
Wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, and tree nuts are not used in the manufacture of the product. Produced in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) registered facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
NOW® Double Strength L-Tryptophan contains 2 times more L-Tryptophan (1000 mg per tablet) than our company's regular strength product (500 mg per capsule).
Warnings
For adults only. Consult a physician before use during pregnancy, lactation, taking medication (especially antidepressants such as SSRIs and MAOIs), or if you have any medical condition. May cause drowsiness. Do not use in combination with alcoholic beverages or while operating heavy machinery. Keep out of reach of children.
