1 sachet 1 time per day (mix in 10-40 ml with juice or water with a temperature not higher than 30 °C). 1 sachet contains: probiotic bacteria (Lactobacillus fermentum 90T-C4, Lactobacillus plantarum 8P-A3, Lactobacillus bulgaricum E-100, Lactobacillus acidophilus E-70, Streptococcus thermophilus E-1, Streptococcus lactis E-100) > 5x109 CFU/g; pectin. Store in a dry, protected from light place at a temperature up to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
