How to take correctly (general recommendations)Before using the supplement, it is important to read the insert in the package, as the dosage depends on the concentration (capsules of 200 mg and 400 mg are produced):Time of intake: capsules are taken orally, most often during or before meals, washed down with a small amount of water at room temperature.Prohibition on hot drinks: it is impossible to wash down capsules with hot drinks, as high temperature kills live bacteria.Compatibility with antibiotics: if you have been prescribed antibiotics, the interval between taking them and taking the probiotic should be at least 2–3 hours.
