Take orally. Dissolve the contents of the sachet (vial) in warm boiled water or milk up to 37 °C. Take 20-30 minutes before meals, with high acidity - 20-30 minutes after meals. For adults, 10 doses per day are recommended, for children under 12 years old - 5 doses per day. Use for at least one month. Dry microbial mass of live antagonistically active cells of probiotic lactic acid bacteria. Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature up to 25 °C and a relative humidity of 80%.
