Lanseti dlya glyukometra Accu-Chek Softclix instructions for use
Purpose:
Finger skin pricking to obtain a drop of blood during self-monitoring of glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus.
Contraindications:
Do not reuse. Use only with a compatible Accu-Chek Softclix lancing device. Do not use if packaging integrity is compromised.
Method of administration:
Insert the lancet into the lancing device, adjust the puncture depth. Place the device against the side of the fingertip, press the button. Use once, dispose of in a sharps container.
Storage conditions:
Store in a dry place at a temperature of 15–30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
