Lansety dlya glyukometra Accu-Chek Softclix instructions for use
Purpose:
Puncture of the finger skin to obtain a drop of blood when measuring blood glucose levels with an Accu-Chek Softclix glucometer.
Contraindications:
Use only with a compatible Accu-Chek Softclix lancing device. Do not reuse.
Method of administration:
Insert the lancet into the device, select the puncture depth, place against the side of the fingertip, and press the button. Dispose of after use.
Storage conditions:
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
