Recommendations for use

Ingredients
Gelatin, glycerin, purified water.
Contains: Soybeans
Does not contain milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, nuts, peanuts, and wheat.
Also does not contain corn, yeast, gluten, barley, rice, sodium, and sugar.
