Method of administration and dosage Recommended dose for adults and children over 6 years: 1 tablet (5 mg) once a day, regardless of food intake. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a small amount of water. The duration of treatment depends on the nature and duration of symptoms. Side effects Possible side effects: - Drowsiness - Dry mouth - Headache - Fatigue In rare cases, allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching, urticaria, angioedema, as well as increased liver enzyme activity are possible. Contraindications Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to levocetirizine, cetirizine, or any other component of the drug. - Severe renal failure (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min). - Children under 6 years of age. - Pregnancy and breastfeeding period. Special instructions Caution should be exercised when used simultaneously with alcohol and other drugs that depress the central nervous system. During treatment, it is recommended to refrain from driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially dangerous activities requiring increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.
