Recommendations for use Recommendations for use: Shake well before use. Adults should take 4 drops 1–5 times a day. Children should take 4 drops 1 time a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Take separately or add to your favorite drink. If the dropper touches your lips or oral cavity, rinse and dry it thoroughly before placing it back into the bottle and closing it. It is best taken with fatty food.
