How to take correctly: Proportion: 7.5 g of powder (approximately 1 teaspoon with a slide) per glass of warm water (200-250 ml with a temperature of about 50-60°C). Mixing: Mix the mixture thoroughly (it is recommended to use a blender or mixer) until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Intake: Consume the solution immediately after preparation 1 time per day. Important: If a single portion of 7.5 g seems large, divide the volume into 2 intakes (half a teaspoon each)
