Directions for use: For adults as a dietary supplement, take 3 (three) capsules daily: One (1) in the middle of the day and two (2) in the evening, two (2) hours before bedtime. Ingredients: Capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate, hydroxypropyl cellulose. Warnings: Keep out of reach of children.
