Recommendations for use As a mineral supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Specific results may vary. Ingredients Cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, brown seaweed. Contains less than 2% of the following ingredients: gum arabic, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
