Recommendations for use
Take 1 capsule 1–3 times a day with meals. To assess tolerance, start with 1 capsule with meals during the first week and increase intake to 2 capsules with meals during the second week.
Ingredients
Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
