Instructions for use
Dosage: adults should take 2 capsules daily.
When to take: with food, with plenty of water. For better relaxation and sleep, it is recommended to take the entire dose or part of it in the second half of the day (closer to dinner or an hour before sleep).
Course of intake: the standard course is 30 days (exactly one package of 60 capsules)
