Recommendations for use Take 2 tablets 1–2 times daily with food. Ingredients Citric acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable origin), silicon dioxide and vegetable coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable origin), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil]. This product is produced without the use of wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, or sesame. Produced in a facility with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) registration that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Warnings Warning. For adults only.
