Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement for adults, take two capsules once a day or as directed by your physician. Ingredients Capsule (hypromellose, purified water), vegetable-derived magnesium stearate. Does not contain milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans. Tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame.
