Recommendations for use
Take 2 tablets daily with food or water. Use only as directed.
Ingredients
Rice, flour, cellulose, croscarmellose, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, gum arabic, and magnesium stearate.
Warnings
Do not use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician before using the product, especially if you are pregnant or nursing. In some people, niacin may cause temporary flushing or tingling.
