Recommendations for use
Use only as directed. Take two (2) tablets daily with food or with a glass of water. It is recommended to take one tablet at night during the first week.
Warnings
Do not use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician before use. If you are taking prescription medications containing Magtein, consult a physician. This product is not recommended for children, or for pregnant or nursing women. Maximum dose is 4 grams per day.
