Method of administration and dosage Magnesium is prescribed orally, during meals. Adults are recommended to take 1-2 capsules per day. Capsules are washed down with a glass of water; Intake should be stopped immediately after normalization of blood magnesium levels; the average duration of intake is 1 month.
