Indications:
Magnesium deficiency; stress; anxiety; sleep disorders; muscle spasms; PMS.
Contraindications:
Severe renal failure; neuropathy (high doses of B6).
Method of administration:
2 tablets 3 times a day during meals. Course — 4–6 weeks.
