Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily (preferably with food) or as directed by a doctor. Ingredients Vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable glycerin. Does not contain gluten, wheat, dairy products, soy, yeast, sugar, artificial flavors, sweeteners and colors. Contains ingredients that may change color and appearance over time.
