Recommendations for use
Take 3 capsules daily in divided doses (take 1 capsule in the morning and take 2 capsules two hours before bedtime).
Ingredients
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), rice flour, stearic acid (vegetable origin) and silicon dioxide.
