English: Pharmacological Properties: A vitamin and mineral complex (methylfolate, retinol, biotin, vitamin D3, choline, lutein, iodine, zinc, magnesium) formulated for pregnant and lactating women. Helps reduce the risk of fetal congenital malformations and supports healthy pregnancy and fetal development. Components are separated considering their chemical and biological properties. Active Ingredients Properties: L-Methylfolate ((6S)-5-MTHF): Active form of folic acid requiring no enzymatic conversion. Crucial for fetal nervous system and heart development, reducing neural tube defect risks, and supporting erythrocyte maturation. Iodine: Essential for maternal thyroid function and fetal brain development. Zinc Picolinate: Highly bioavailable zinc form that supports female reproductive health, tissue formation, protein/DNA synthesis, and immune/endocrine function. Magnesium Bisglycinate: Highly absorbable magnesium bound to glycine. Normalizes blood pressure, calms the nervous system, reduces risks of preeclampsia, miscarriage, and premature labor, and relieves uterine hypertonus. Biotin (Vitamin H): Participates in carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism; supports skin and hair health; enhances B-vitamin absorption. Choline: Essential for cell membrane synthesis, fetal brain and neural tube development, and myelin sheath formation. Acts as a hepatoprotectant, precursor to acetylcholine, and supports lung surfactant synthesis in infants. Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol): Regulates calcium and phosphorus metabolism for fetal bone/tooth formation and prevents maternal bone mass loss. Retinol (Vitamin A): Essential for oogenesis, placental development, embryonic growth, vision pigments, and immunity. Lutein: Carotenoid that filters harmful light and protects the retina. Excreted into breast milk and best absorbed with fats. Indications: Recommended as a dietary supplement of vitamins, minerals, and vitamin-like substances for pregnant women, lactating mothers, and women planning pregnancy. Dosage and Administration: 1 tablet in the morning after meals and 1 capsule in the evening after meals. Maintain an interval of at least 6 hours between tablet and capsule intake.
